Lesson Support:

• Assist the course managers with scheduling lessons

Pedagogical support:

• Check pedagogical information in BVC pedcards and recommend action steps for improvement
• Follow up with students to improve their program efficiency
• Assist BVC Manager of Instruction implementing the Berlitz Learning Cycle
• Internal Processes and Administration
• Appropriate reporting and database management in BVC online system
• Preparing progress reports for companies

• Interaction with BVC EU team, instructors and students to maximize customer satisfaction

Job summary:
The Instructor is responsible for teaching assigned classes in accordance with Berlitz instruction principles; for maintaining student class records and fulfilling administrative duties as required or requested by the LIS; and for participating in professional development activities.
In liaison with the LIS, the instructor is further responsible for counseling students, providing effective feedback and advice; recommending appropriate products services to meet customers' needs; and for designing and/or delivering programs in accordance with their enhanced product knowledge.

Key Job Functions:

• Deliver lessons in accordance with Berlitz teaching principles and focused on the interests and needs of the students, working with private students and groups of differing sizes at the LC and at off-site locations
• Integrate learning technology into teaching programs, as required by the curriculum or requested by the student
• Keep student records and profile cards up to date as required or requested.
